The ground floor accommodates family sitting room, family room, kitchen breakfast, utility, open plan dining room and hallway, gym, study and games room with the lower ground floor housing the triple garage.

The central feature of the property is a double height glazed entrance lobby over looking the outdoor infinity edged swimming pool.
