The
site was previously occupied by a large single dwelling and our design solution
adopted for this development of 8no 2-3 bedroom luxury apartments follows a
traditional Edwardian style with elevations of render and brick under a steeply
pitched slate coloured roof. The site is located near the famous Ferndown Golf
Club and lies in an exclusive area comprising large detached properties in
large well landscaped plots and the scheme has been designed to appear as a
large single house in common with several other developments in the area.
