The site formerly occupied by a 1970’s bungalow and situated
in the wooded area of Branksome Park, now occupied by two large detached
four-bedroom houses of around 2200sq.ft. in a contemporary interpretation of
the New England style. Because of the sites levels rising up from Kings Avenue
made an ideal situation for incorporating a semi subterranean level
incorporating the double garage and a 4th bedroom with windows to
the side elevations, this design still allowed for level access from the open
plan living area on the first floor level out to the wooded rear garden.
