Set in the heart of the Branksome Park Conservation area 8 Bury Road is one of the larger plots in the area, our client’s brief was to maximise this potential by achieving the maximum square footage possible on the site, our planning approval achieved 11,500sq.ft. The design is in the style of the Victorian Gothic revival period incorporating stone mullioned Crittall windows and parapet roof as the key features. Creating a building that is true and accurate to the period style was paramount in the brief and also instrumental in achieving the planning consent.
