The site is in the Canford Cliffs area of Poole and set
within a wooded location to the rear of 9 Haig Avenue over looking Parkstone
Golf Club.
The brief was to design a substantial contemporary family
home of around 4500sq.ft. The design consists of large expanses of glass giving
panoramic views over the golf course and treetops.
The key feature of the property is a double height
glazed open plan living area, surrounded by a large cantilevered balcony
wrapping around the side elevation to maximise views across the Golf Course to
down towards the sea.
