Anders Roberts gain planning approval for 26 x 3 bed houses, 11 x 2 bed houses & 1 x 4 bed house, on the former Avon View Nursing Home. The scheme will be a mixture of social and private housing helping to provide much needed affordable housing in Christchurch.
