This exciting project in Erbil, Kurdistan was an opportunity to be involved with the re-development of Iraq currently underway and to help provide much needed much needed family housing.

Our brief was to create a master plan for this 300 acre site on the outskirts of Erbil using multiple house types, ranging from 240sq.m up to 750sq.m as well as community facilities from gym’s to hotels.
