This scheme is a concept feasibility study for the redevelopment of a key town centre site currently lying dormant.

The brief was to design an iconic building and achieve over 90,000sq.ft on the site, to be divided in hotel, commercial and residential accommodation.

We achieved over 100,000sq.ft on the site not including any possible subterranean car parking level.
