The site is located on the current Poole Pottery retail
outlet & The Swan Inn this scheme incorporates residential units above
street level and commercial units at ground floor level providing a
pedestrianised link between old orchard road and the adjacent Dolphin Quays
development commercial boulevard leading through to the Quay.
The design of the building aimed to complement the
neighbouring Dolphin Quays development but at the same time create an
individual and contemporary addition to the quay. The form of the building aims
to replicate the undulating ridge heights inherent in the Quay side buildings
and creates large terraced gardens to the flat roof areas.
